Tara, get yo butt outta that house before that psycho husband of yours come back with a gun!
I sometimes find myself doing the same thing whenever I hear stories about joggers getting attacked while running outdoors.
C’mon, why weren’t you carrying some form of protection?

Joggers are easy targets for several reasons:
1. Most joggers take the same route every time they jog which makes them predictable.
2. Joggers love listening to music while running because it gives them momentum but it also gives an attacker the upper hand since you can’t hear them coming.
3. Joggers don’t usually carry much with them and are sometimes defenseless against a surprised attack.
If you are an avid outdoors runner, do yourself a favor and carry some pepper spray with you while you’re out burning calories. This way, you’re taking care of yourself in two ways instead of one.
You’re keeping yourself healthy and in shape with cardio exercise
You’re protecting that healthy body from an unwanted predator.
This Mace also comes in pink and can be attached to your key chain, belt clip, or wrapped around your hand or wrist with the strap.
This makes it easy to carry protection without worrying about it falling out of your pocket or being too heavy.
So the next time you’re out and about getting your fitness workout in, be sure to have your running buddy there to protect you, Mace.
